Top quality materials and very fast service. Extremely pleased with the results. I obtained 4 estimates and Paul definitely stood out. All contractors offering the same 50 year shingles and other materials but Paul’s price was competitive and he made the process easy. Definitely recommend!

3 Kings Roofing and Construction was used to install an Owen’s Corning roof on my home. Working with this company was a very positive experience. They competitively bid the roof. Installation was done to high standards and attention to detail. Extra effort was made to respect and protect my property. JOB WELL DONE! I highly recommend this company.

We don't ignore the details. We replace vented soffits to ensure your attic breathes properly and wrap fascia boards to protect the wood from rot and pests.
Options
Vinyl Siding
The most popular choice for its versatility and cost-effectiveness. Today's high-grade vinyl is fade-resistant, durable, and comes in a massive array of colors and profiles.
Fiber Cement (James Hardie)
For the look of real wood without the maintenance. Fiber cement is fire-resistant, impervious to termites, and engineered to withstand the specific climate changes of the Midwest.
Engineered Wood
Get the authentic grain and texture of wood with superior strength. Engineered wood siding is treated to resist fungal decay and impact, offering a rich, warm look.

FAQ's
Frequently Asked
Questions
We've provided answers to many of our most frequently asked questions. Have a different question for our team? We're happy to help! Just send us an email at info@3kingsroofingandgutters.com.
Is Vinyl or Fiber Cement siding better?
It depends on your goals. Vinyl is cost-effective, virtually maintenance-free, and never needs painting. Fiber Cement (like Hardie Board) is more expensive and requires painting every 15 years, but it is thicker, fire-resistant, and mimics the authentic look of wood siding much more closely.
How can I tell if my siding has water damage underneath?
Visible signs include warping, buckling, or boards that feel soft to the touch. Inside the home, peeling paint or wallpaper on exterior walls can also indicate that water is getting behind your siding and damaging the sheathing.
Can new siding improve my home's insulation?
Yes, especially if you choose "insulated vinyl siding" which has foam fused to the back, or if we install a high-quality house wrap and rigid foam insulation board under the new siding. This creates a thermal break that prevents heat loss through the wall studs.
